CLASSES

CiRC-H.i.T.s is a great 45minute class mixing Circuits and H.i.T together to break up your week. It caters for people of all fitness levels, ages and abilities. You just need to have a positive outlook and want to get fit. This class is fun, active and very sociable.

15 minute Ab Blast is optional at the end of each class for only an extra £1. First Class is FREE then classes are paid in 4 week blocks.
