Once we have established all of the above, I will begin to assess your health and body composition.
Tests may involve:
Body Fat Percentage
Waist to Hip Measurements Ratio
Body Composition Health Risk Score
Resting Heart Rate
Fitness Level; muscle strength, flexibility & balance.
This will give me some useful information to assess not only what goals you may want to achieve, but any areas of health that you NEED to improve upon.
These results will then be reviewed and retested monthly to track your progress.
