During your FREE consultation, I will explore your goals and motivation along with any present or past exercise routine you might have.


All personal information will be held confidentially with only myself under the new GDPR Compliance laws.

I will discuss with you any illness, injuries or limitations you may have, along with preferences to exercise, how much time you can allow on a weekly basis with or without myself there, and agree some realistic short, medium and long term goals whilst, designing a safe and effective Personal Training Programme tailored to meet your individual needs.

Once we have established all of the above, I will begin to assess your health and body composition.

Tests may involve:


  • Blood pressure

  • Body Fat Percentage

  • Waist to Hip Measurements Ratio

  • Body Composition Health Risk Score

  • Resting Heart Rate

  • Fitness Level; muscle strength, flexibility & balance.


This will give me some useful information to assess not only what goals you may want to achieve, but any areas of health that you NEED to improve upon.


These results will then be reviewed and retested monthly to track your progress.
