After years of training in various gyms, trying different sports and types of exercise, I decided to follow my dream and retrain in the fitness industry. What could be better than helping other people in an area I feel most passionate about? I qualified in Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training as well as teaching Circuits, HIT classes and TRX Suspension Training in 2017.
Having worked with many clients of all ages in previous jobs i feel i can inspire and engage brilliantly with all people and ages.
I am also a keen Paddleboarder, so if you too like the water, then I would be delighted to take you for a relaxed Paddleboarding lesson.
